- Create a new project in your Project Central account.
- Complete any of the options from these two sections, Initiate a Project - and - Plan a Project, that you think would be helpful for you and your team to plan the upcoming project. Feel free to select as many or as few as you deem helpful. Ideally complete this exercise collaboratively with some or all of your project team members.
- Schedule time with your entire project team (and perhaps your project sponsor) and together review your project setup (and in particular the team members invited, the task list and schedule, and the key connected files / deliverables).
